How many companies or which industries have been able to sail-through with the work from home option during this pandemic? Many major IT firms, online-service oriented & enabled industries were able to mitigate the risks to some extent. While many had the notion that it will become easier for employees with saving commuting times, flexible work times etc. The fact is that they are working extra hours to manage work-load.

While people across the globe are getting used to the new normal and the questions about "When will things get back to normal?" remains uncertain in the near term. The focus has to be on building more resilient and sustainable systems which accounts for the challenges we are facing today. Work from home is here to stay in few sectors, at-least for another year, post which companies may split the ratio of workforce based on the overall performance of the organization.
