WORK CULTURE

A topic which gains popularity every now and then, the focus of successful global enterprises is towards cultivating a positive and balanced work culture which leads to the overall well-being of the employees and organizations. The pandemic has caused a shift in the way human resources are managed across the globe. While many large and medium scale organizations are flexible with work timings, they set the expectations right for the workforce.

The way an individual working with a company can balance the work and personal life results in the healthy life style for a person. Many felt that the work from home option was working well during the first year of pandemic and now many are seeking alternate options including alternate day office and work from home or 3 day office and remaining week work from home days. The corporations are exploring options to make sure the productivity stays up and at the same time the needs & concerns of employees are taken into consideration.

The freshers and recent graduates will become a part of work culture where most of them may not have a chance to work in a physical office environment. The office meetings, work collaborations, daily/weekly work updates, project discussions, etc., are done virtually online. Many companies have started to on-board employees virtually, have made work from home permanent for their workforce. The challenge is to make the employees love their companies as much as the customers do!
