Do you have a winning formula? A formula which guarantees success at all times. If there was one such formula, every person in this world would be after it, right? We are not talking about this but a process which can yield better chances of winning, even when the odds are against you. We all have heard and/or seen people who were considered to be underdogs in sports, went on to win the game eventually outsmarting their opponents.
The same formula applies in life when you observe closely, you keep failing and failing in something you are pursuing from a longtime but you are totally committed to the work. The passion drives you in spite of the failures and obstacles in your path. The process tests you rigorously & makes you believe that you cannot do it but your inner calling persists, drives you towards the end goal. You only have to be right once & that seals the win in a huge way.
If you are in a growing phase of your career it is often the lows that makes you stronger rather than the highs and you need both to move forward in life. You got a raise or bonus or promotion at work, it means that you are acknowledged and it drives you forward. You have to reciprocate the same when it is your turn, it can be a small pat on the back but it still counts. A few may have a privileged start and growth but life will find a way to teach lessons to everybody. The only way you can win is by not giving up and moving forward always!
