We shall be starting this year on a large scale rebuilding of various sectors, industries, economies that have been hit hard since last year. The lessons learnt in the recent times will serve us in the coming years and decades. Many lives across the globe will be taking a path which will be completely new this year. This time the purpose of rebuilding must address the challenges faced by the people & society together in an inclusive approach.
There has to be a mechanism which can help people to understand the nature of job, expectations set right and pay them accordingly in this process of rebuilding. The people who have lost jobs during the pandemic and are struggling to make the ends meet have to focus on aligning their passion, will, in order to get the right kind of work. The businesses are cutting overhead costs, salaries, etc. to balance the lack of demand.
This is the best time to venture into new fields, explore opportunities in untapped markets. The world is getting used to the new normal and the new innovations you bring to life have to become a part of this new normal. The collective efforts by us can bring the change we like to see in this society. It is time to move forward by believing and doing the right things so that the next generations can continue doing the same!
