The best way to learn something is by practice, in theory everything may look & feel correct but when put to practice you start to learn things the right way. Few people tend to observe and learn things quickly over others. The individual ability to learn may differ between two people but once they gain mastery over a subject, both types of people will be treated equally. The efforts & hardwork put by individuals deliver results in due course of time.
It is important to treat failures as stepping stones in a person's life. Success comes to those who are ready to put in the hardwork, don't give up and be patient with failures. The reason why most early stage entrepreneurs quit or find an alternate safe career path is because of the lack of patience to believe in their vision, ideas, products, teams etc. When the focus is only on the end result rather than the journey or process to reach the destination, failures are bound to happen and a course correction will be required from time to time.
If you are a job seeker who is in the process of getting interviews, clearing various rounds of interviews, failing to clear the initial rounds etc., you know the time it takes to secure a job in your field. The learning curve may be steady for a few, steep for others. As you start identifying patterns, it becomes easier to clear more interviews and finally get your dream job. The key is to stay ahead in the curve, not to fall flat or if you are confident enough then start on a completely new track, race ahead till you reach the end goal & never look back!
