We all have come across a person in our life who stood out for the initiative he or she had taken. It may be in a school, college, work place or a social gathering event. Many of us think about the outcomes so much that we resist to initiate an action. How does taking initiatives help you?
When you are a person who dares to take an initiative and start something useful for the benefit of others, the people around you start noticing. They look up to you as a responsible person who is not afraid to do the right thing. This will also help to build your confidence in whatever things you undertake in your life in future.
The things you initiate can be as simple as a conversation with a person you just met. When you are thinking and engaging positively with the people you meet, it will gradually build your over all personality. When the people around you are questioning 'Why?', you will be the one telling them 'Why not?'
