APPRECIATION

Do you feel that you are being appreciated for all the efforts, things you do in life in some form? How does it feel to be appreciated for the work/job well done? Does that change or motivate you to be a better version of yourself? Is it required to feel appreciated or recognized for the job you are supposed to do? How often do you notice or appreciate the efforts of a person who did good for you? Can those small things make a big impact?

A lot of people around us are working hard in one or the other way to progress in their own field. There are times when things don't happen the way you expect or want to be but if someone had acknowledged your efforts and encouraged you to continue doing the job, that could make a huge difference to you. The fact is even if you are not that person getting the appreciation, you could well be that person to motivate or support someone who needs it.

If you are working for a company since past few years, you may have been the most enthusiastic person in the team when you joined but as time passed by you no longer feel the same energy to move forward. The awards, recognition, which were meant to cheer you didn't actually feel like much but the happiness of you recognizing someone's efforts and the joy that brings to them is a form of appreciation which keeps you going all the time, never forget that you could be the change you have been seeking all along!
