LUCK

How many of you believe in luck? We all come across people in life who move ahead and grow fast in their careers, work they take up, etc. Some call it hardwork and few call them as lucky. The thing is the person who is climbing up the ladder will know the efforts and pain that went into his growth but for an outsider it may feel like he/she had it easy. The success and growth remains the same regardless of any opinions people try to impose on them.

If you look at business owners, entrepreneurs, they are constantly under pressure to make their business perform well against all odds and competitors. While few SMEs & enterprises can handle the competition well and manage the overall growth of the organization, not all can do the same. It is easy to call the ones that made it as lucky and not the other ones. It may be too early to pass a judgement as such when visionaries are put to work.

The people who started working or who got promoted in their jobs before the pandemic are termed as the lucky ones by many but what about the ones who graduated amidst the pandemic still looking for jobs? Again, it is easy to call them unlucky but remember that, "When the going gets tough, the tough get going". You don't have to be disheartened by the situation you are in but you do need to be prepared for that opportunity which comes your way. In other words, people call it as 'luck'!
